Job Summary

HR Data Analytics Manager, a full-time remote position, is responsible for developing and implementing HR data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality and consistency, and driving the analytics strategy to enhance workforce outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement HR data governance frameworks and standards
  • Lead data quality remediation efforts and optimize UKG Pro systems
  • Establish a reporting environment that provides trusted insights and analytics
Required Qualifications
  • 8-12+ years of experience in people analytics or HRIS-related analytics
  • Strong hands-on experience with HRIS, particularly UKG Pro
  • Proven experience in data governance frameworks and data quality programs
  • Strong understanding of core HR domains such as talent acquisition and compliance
  • Advanced capabilities in HR reporting and analytics, including BI tools
