Job Summary
A company is looking for a HR Data Architect.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with federal client stakeholders and technical staff to understand data requirements and priorities
- Establish and enforce data quality standards in the HRIS, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance
- Design HR data architecture and aid in the development of data management and governance procedures
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in a HRIS or IT application role supporting HR functional processes
- 3+ years of experience with major data visualization platforms, e.g. PowerBI, Tableau
- US Citizen with ability to secure a US Federal Clearance
