Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data & Automation Analyst (Entry Level) to support People Operations & Employee Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and automate Smartsheet workflows, dashboards, and data pipelines for HR operations
• Integrate multiple HR data sources into unified, accurate reporting
• Support the People Experience Team with automated reporting and data analysis for various HR metrics

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency with Smartsheet automation and reporting tools
• Ability to connect and maintain data across HR systems, particularly Workday
• 0-2 years of HR experience in employee-facing processes or HR operations
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field is preferred
• Familiarity with automation platforms and data integration tools is a plus
