Leading complex analytics projects, the full-time remote HR Data Insights Manager will transform workforce data into actionable intelligence, drive the Global Employee Listening Program, and create executive-ready narratives to support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional analytics projects to improve retention, engagement, and productivity
- Manage the execution of annual and pulse surveys as part of the Global Employee Listening Program
- Translate complex datasets into compelling narratives and visualizations for executive use
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Data Science, or Business Intelligence
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or behavioral field or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau for creating actionable visualizations
- Hands-on experience with Python or R for statistical modeling and text analytics
- Deep expertise in managing organizational data and executing large-scale surveys
