Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Data & Reporting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HR stakeholders to create effective Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics
  • Design and maintain standard and ad hoc workforce reports to support talent processes and compliance
  • Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for business leaders
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a Human Resources, data, or reporting-focused role
  • Hands-on experience in building reports and dashboards, preferably with Workday
  • Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Workday Reporting or Power BI
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
