Job Summary

Maintaining the integrity of workforce data, the full-time HR Data Specialist will manage employee records within the PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring accuracy and compliance while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records within the PeopleSoft HCM system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
• Process HR transactions related to hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations
• Audit and validate employee data to ensure compliance with organizational policies and HR standards

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience working in PeopleSoft HCM or a similar enterprise HRIS
