Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Delivery Partner to provide operational HR support across North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tier 2 contact for employee and manager inquiries requiring HR expertise
• Manage employee relations cases and support performance improvement plans and terminations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist in HR program delivery and process enhancements

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience for single country support; 4-7 years for multiple countries
• Deep understanding of employment laws and HR operations
• Experience in handling employee relations and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and case management tools
• Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity
