HR Delivery Partner

Job Summary

Providing expert-level HR support, the full-time HR Delivery Partner will manage employee inquiries and escalations across North America, ensuring compliance with employment laws and delivering high-quality HR service delivery while working onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Tier 2 contact for employee and manager inquiries requiring regional HR expertise
• Lead performance improvement plans and support involuntary terminations and offboarding processes
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and assist in delivering HR programs and initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of HR Generalist or Specialist experience for single-country support; 4 to 7 years for multiple-country support
• Deep understanding of employment laws and HR operations, including employee relations and performance management
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and case management tools
• Proficiency in Excel and Power BI for HR data analysis
• Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
