Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Digitization Specialist to develop custom forms and applications using Microsoft tools for data collection and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement custom forms and applications using Microsoft Forms and Power Apps
• Engage with HR and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates
• Streamline and digitize HR processes to enhance efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, Power BI, and Adobe Sign
• Experience in project management and stakeholder management
• Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and applications
• A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred but not required
