Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Control incoming new projects related to strategic initiatives highlighted by the CHRO
- Report directly to the CHRO
- Manage projects within the organization's industry or domain
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 10 years of professional service experience managing projects
- Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and collaborate with senior leaders
- Experience in setting the agenda and strategy for projects
- Active participation in professional associations or industry roundtables
