• Report directly to the CHRO
• Manage projects within the organization's industry or domain

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum 10 years of professional service experience managing projects
• Proven ability to recognize and diagnose issues, work in teams, and collaborate with senior leaders
• Experience in setting the agenda and strategy for projects
• Active participation in professional associations or industry roundtables
