Job Summary
Strategically driving HR initiatives, the fully remote HR Director will develop and execute HR strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and oversee employee benefits administration while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with labor laws
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven 6+ years of Human Resources experience
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and HR software
- Ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels
