Key responsibilities
- Align people strategy with business objectives as the strategic HR partner to leadership teams
- Own organizational design and workforce planning, collaborating with leadership on hiring priorities
- Lead talent development initiatives and performance management programs to support team growth
Required qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience in HR or People Operations, particularly in corporate and G&A settings
- Deep expertise in performance management, organizational design, Total Rewards, and employee relations
- Proven ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence without authority
- Strong analytical skills, with comfort in using data to diagnose issues and measure impact
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and discretion in handling sensitive matters
