HR Director

Job Summary

Building and leading the HR Business Partner function, the full-time salaried HR Director will establish HR capabilities across compliance, employee relations, and manager coaching while advising the Executive Team on People strategy in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Talent Director to develop and execute job architecture and compensation strategy to attract and retain talent
• Own the employee benefits strategy, managing renewals, plan design, and broker relationships
• Coach managers through performance management and difficult conversations while ensuring HR compliance across all operational states

Required Qualifications:

• 11+ years of progressive HR experience across the full employee lifecycle
• Background in compensation strategy and benchmarking, including job architecture
• Experience managing and developing HR staff
• Strong working knowledge of employment law and multi-state HR compliance
• SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification or progress toward certification
