Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and operationally minded HR Director, Field, this full-time remote position will manage HR strategy across distribution centers and field operations, focusing on leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build partnerships with field leaders to understand operational needs and enhance employee engagement
• Continuously improve HR processes and lead change initiatives to strengthen performance and retention
• Leverage HR analytics to drive data-informed decisions and improve workforce effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in field or multi-site operations
• Proven success in partnering with senior operations leaders in fast-paced environments
• Experience in employee relations, organizational design, and talent development
• Strong background in using HR metrics and analytics for decision-making
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's or MBA preferred
