HR Director, Learning Solutions

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of innovative learning solutions, the full-time remote HR Director, Learning Solutions will develop and implement enterprise learning strategies, manage learning platforms, and oversee a high-performing team to enhance employee development and organizational transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise learning solutions strategy aligned with business priorities
• Oversee the management and optimization of learning platforms and technologies
• Lead and mentor a team of learning designers and technologists to foster a culture of continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in learning, talent development, or instructional design
• 10+ years of progressive experience in learning or related fields preferred
• 5+ years of people leadership experience, ideally with teams larger than 10 employees
• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Experience managing enterprise learning platforms and digital learning ecosystems
