A company is looking for an HR Business Partner/Director in Supply Chain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and diagnose talent and organizational issues, partnering with senior business leaders
Offer objective advice and coaching to leaders on business challenges and people implications
Drive organizational development initiatives to align with business strategy

Required Qualifications:

BA/BS in Business, HR, or related field
10+ years in progressively responsible HR roles, including senior business partnering
Global experience and knowledge of Consumer Products industry
Experience in Supply Chain, Product Development, or Manufacturing preferred
Deep OD and change management skills with global transformation experience
