Job Summary

HR Employee Partner, this full-time position involves providing Tier 2 support to employees and leaders regarding HR policies, processes, and tools while seeking continuous improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and compensation
  • Support the rollout and implementation of HR initiatives and projects
  • Consult on routine employee relations matters and assist with escalated inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of related experience in an HR role with generalist responsibilities
  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or SHRM-CP preferred
  • Proficiency with Workday and MS Office products
  • Ability to maintain data integrity and security
