HR Employee Relations Analyst with PHR Certification

Job Summary

To support employee relations initiatives, the full-time HR Employee Relations Analyst with PHR Certification will serve as the primary point of contact for workplace concerns, manage high-volume inbound calls, and maintain documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance on company policies and assist employees with workplace concerns through high-volume inbound calls
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to accommodation requests and employee issues
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to address performance management and disciplinary matters

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HR Generalist roles
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is required
• Experience handling confidential information and high-volume inbound calls
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
