Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Engagement Partner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute employee engagement roadmap and strategy
  • Implement programs to increase employee engagement and sustain employee culture
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience with a focus on employee engagement and learning and development
  • Experience with EEO/harassment investigations and workplace complaint resolution
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and coach and motivate others
  • PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP certification is a plus
