Job Summary
Driving strategic HR process improvements, the full-time AVP, HR Enterprise Process and Quality will design and govern end-to-end HR solutions delivery processes, focusing on AI enablement and operational excellence, while working remotely with occasional presence in Hartford, CT or Woonsocket, RI.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement HR process architecture aligned with organizational objectives, ensuring end-to-end design
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance service quality and efficiency
- Oversee the enterprise intake process for new HR work, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and operational capacity
Required qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or enterprise process roles
- Proven track record in leading HR process design and governance initiatives in complex organizations
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent experience
- Experience with major HCM platforms and HR service delivery tools
- Bachelor's degree required
