Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Executive Leadership to develop and implement employee strategies for change management and engagement
• Provide strategic HP support aligned with business initiatives and growth plans
• Consult with leaders on succession planning, job design, and workforce development strategies

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field and five years of professional-level experience in human resources
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Recognized human resources professional certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, etc.)
• Experience in interpreting personnel policy and managing employee issues
