HR Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Experience Specialist for the LATAM region.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the in-house HR expert for LATAM, managing complex employee lifecycle matters
• Oversee the EOR employee lifecycle including onboarding, off-boarding, and performance management
• Provide high-level support to EOR employees and assist in generating reports and HRIS administration

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of international HR professional experience in a fast-paced environment
• Qualifications and certifications in HR are a valuable asset
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Strong analytical skills for resolving complex HR issues
• Experience with ticketing tools like JIRA, Zendesk, or Intercom is a plus
