HR Experience Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Experience Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Owning and driving the EOR employee lifecycle, including onboarding/off-boarding, orientation, employee support, performance management, payroll, and benefits
• Providing high-level support to EOR employees and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
• Providing administrative support such as generating reports, employment verification letters, and HRIS administration

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of international HR professional experience in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
• Qualifications and certifications in US HR are a valuable asset
• Strong analytical skills to identify, scope, and resolve complex and sensitive HR issues
• Data-driven mindset, striving to improve response times and employee experience
• Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom, or other ticketing tools is a plus
