Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Finance Senior Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and reconcile company-wide equity plan awards, assist with equity award valuations
- Prepare long term equity award disclosures for Form 10-Q/K
- Lead the creation of public company annual disclosures of Officer Compensation and Beneficial Ownership for annual Form 10-K reporting
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of compensation and equity award accounting in accordance with US GAAP and public SEC reporting experience
- Equity valuation experience is required
- Public company accounting experience is required
- SaaS or Technology industry experience preferred
- BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are preferred
