Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist for a critical and remote role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for compensation assessments and leadership feedback discussions
  • Support talent management initiatives and assist in performance management processes
  • Engage in employee engagement initiatives and policy & procedures implementation

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist functions
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems or related software
