HR Generalist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a HR Generalist for a remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, mediating and resolving conflicts
- Support employee engagement initiatives and programs
- Analyze performance data, develop talent strategies, and maintain HR records
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years' experience in Human Resources with a focus on employee relations
- Experience supporting a remote customer group is a plus
- Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local employment regulations
- SPHR/PHR Certification is a plus
