Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Human Resources Generalist to support HR functions and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with performance management, compliance, and HR administration
  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and oversee on-boarding processes
  • Collaborate on HR projects and ensure alignment with global policies for EMEA operations
Required Qualifications
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Solid understanding of US employment law and some knowledge of UK employment law
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (Paylocity familiarity preferred)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
