Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position
• Proficiency in HR systems such as ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian, and Rippling Software
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and compliance standards
• Experience with leave management processes, including FMLA
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment processes
