HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to provide first-line assistance related to human resources topics and issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Responds to requests from employees and managers regarding HR processes, systems, and policies
• Coaches and provides direction on HR policies and resolves work-related issues
• Utilizes HR information systems to document interactions and provide data for analysis and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in Human Resources required
• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources preferred
• PHR certification preferred
