Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage a variety of human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
  • Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires
  • Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
