Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and execute HR programs for the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance management
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and training initiatives to ensure compliance
- Support employee engagement efforts and handle administrative tasks related to onboarding and exit interviews
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-size business
- Experience across various HR disciplines including recruitment, compliance, and training
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
