Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and execute HR programs for the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and performance management
  • Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and training initiatives to ensure compliance
  • Support employee engagement efforts and handle administrative tasks related to onboarding and exit interviews
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a small to mid-size business
  • Experience across various HR disciplines including recruitment, compliance, and training
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR policies
