HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers
• Support core HR functions including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and compliance
• Collaborate with HR Generalists, HRBPs, and the Talent Management team to support workforce needs

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience
• Bachelor's degree required unless substantial HR experience can be demonstrated
• Solid foundation in core HR principles and best practices
• Experience in a healthcare organization is a plus
• Willingness to work East Coast hours; East Coast location strongly preferred
