Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support the daily operations of the People Team and enhance the employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the full cycle recruiting process, including job postings and interview coordination
  • Process payroll and maintain accurate employee records while ensuring compliance with employment laws
  • Support new hire onboarding and plan employee engagement activities and company events
Required Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of HR experience preferred
  • Experience with payroll and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paylocity)
  • Familiarity with employee benefits administration and compliance
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
