Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist responsible for supporting HR Field Teams and managing various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing offer letters and managing onboarding documentation
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Two (2) years of related experience, preferably in administrative roles
- Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant is beneficial
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
