Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist responsible for supporting HR Field Teams and managing various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter and update employee data in the HRIS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including preparing offer letters and managing onboarding documentation
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • Two (2) years of related experience, preferably in administrative roles
  • Experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant or Administrative Assistant is beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
