Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Support HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
• Serve as a primary contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Assist in onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of Human Resources experience, including at least 1 year in a relevant support capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Foundational knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Proactive learner with a desire to grow into a strategic HRBP role
• Experience in SaaS, FinTech, or high-growth environments preferred
