Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent & Culture Generalist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate cultural engagement initiatives and team-building opportunities
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions and manage the Open Enrollment process
  • Oversee HRIS operations and support onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a generalist or HR operations role
  • 1+ year of experience in benefits administration or vendor relationships
  • Foundational knowledge of core HR compliance areas and a willingness to stay updated on employment law
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on small teams
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
