Job Summary
A company is looking for a Talent & Culture Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate cultural engagement initiatives and team-building opportunities
- Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits questions and manage the Open Enrollment process
- Oversee HRIS operations and support onboarding and offboarding processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in a generalist or HR operations role
- 1+ year of experience in benefits administration or vendor relationships
- Foundational knowledge of core HR compliance areas and a willingness to stay updated on employment law
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working on small teams
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn new systems
