Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage human resources administration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and administer HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
  • Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
  • Manage performance review processes and compliance requirements, including training and credentialing
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of HR experience, or 7 years of progressively responsible work in personnel management
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws affecting human resources administration
  • Experience with HR administration and employee benefit/payroll administration
  • Proficiency with ADP HRIS and other relevant software
  • Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations
