Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to manage human resources administration and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and administer HR programs, policies, and procedures to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
- Support recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
- Manage performance review processes and compliance requirements, including training and credentialing
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of HR experience, or 7 years of progressively responsible work in personnel management
- Knowledge of state and federal laws affecting human resources administration
- Experience with HR administration and employee benefit/payroll administration
- Proficiency with ADP HRIS and other relevant software
- Knowledge of HIPAA Privacy and Security regulations
