Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist, People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Director of HR in executing core HR initiatives and managing daily operations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR-related questions and processes
  • Assist in managing employee relations matters and support performance management processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a creative or fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting HR operations
  • Working knowledge of employment law and employee relations best practices
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
