HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist - People and Culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete hiring process for various roles and support onboarding
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and address employee inquiries and concerns
• Monitor attendance and performance, and prepare HR reports and maintain records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field
• 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably with international or remote teams
• Hands-on experience in recruitment and general HR operations
• Familiarity with HR tools, ATS, and Google Workspace / MS Office
