HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist who will work across the full HR cycle and influence people processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding and integration processes, ensuring familiarity with company structure and HR tools
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations, supporting employee experience throughout their lifecycle
• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to ensure quality hiring decisions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in HR or Recruiting
• Experience in independent management of HR operations and employee relations
• Proficiency in full-cycle recruiting and technical sourcing
• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English and fluent Ukrainian
• Familiarity with HR tech and basic AI application in HR processes
