HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support and enhance its Human Resources department.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with employment laws and recommend best practices
• Process and manage end-to-end payroll cycles and ensure accuracy
• Administer leave programs and guide employees through the application process

Required Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in human resources, payroll, and/or operations
• Experience with HRIS systems
