HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluations
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
• Create and maintain HR reports and dashboards to analyze data for decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-7+ years of HR experience with a focus on full-cycle recruiting
• Foundational knowledge of recruitment and experience managing multiple requisitions
• Familiarity with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Experience supporting payroll processes in a review or backup capacity preferred
