Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support and execute core people operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create, manage, and improve onboarding programs and materials
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, and own the benefits process while coordinating payroll
  • Support performance review processes and internal communication initiatives, reinforcing company values and compliance standards


Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in startup, agency, media, or entertainment sectors
  • Experience supporting both employees and contractors
  • Strong analytical skills
  • High discretion and strong emotional intelligence
  • Experience in Learning & Development is a plus
