Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support and execute core people operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, manage, and improve onboarding programs and materials
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes end-to-end, and own the benefits process while coordinating payroll
- Support performance review processes and internal communication initiatives, reinforcing company values and compliance standards
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in startup, agency, media, or entertainment sectors
- Experience supporting both employees and contractors
- Strong analytical skills
- High discretion and strong emotional intelligence
- Experience in Learning & Development is a plus
