HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination
• Lead onboarding and offboarding efforts to ensure a smooth employee experience
• Administer benefits programs and support payroll processing and compliance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (tech preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, including employee relations and compliance
• Experience with HRIS platforms and understanding of U.S. employment laws
