HR Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an HRBP Generalist to support its Americas Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives in collaboration with HR Business Partners
• Build trusting relationships with leaders and employees to facilitate effective communication
• Produce reports and assist with the Performance Improvement Process and employee off-boarding

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience supporting teams of 500+ employees
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
• Knowledge of employment legislation
• Experience with Workday and supporting remote workers preferred
