Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leave administration including FMLA and ADA accommodations, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
- Support employee relations by conducting investigations and addressing performance issues
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
- Minimum of four years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated expertise in FMLA and ADA administration, with multi-state leave experience preferred
- Hands-on experience in benefits administration, including open enrollment
