Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage leave administration including FMLA and ADA accommodations, ensuring compliance and proper documentation
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist employees with benefits-related inquiries
  • Support employee relations by conducting investigations and addressing performance issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Minimum of four years of progressive Human Resources experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in FMLA and ADA administration, with multi-state leave experience preferred
  • Hands-on experience in benefits administration, including open enrollment
