Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to field teams and store leaders on policies and employee-related matters
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners to implement workforce plans and organizational initiatives
• Execute HR programs, coordinate change initiatives, and contribute to employee engagement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role
• Foundational knowledge of core HR disciplines such as employee relations and performance management
• Proven ability to support HR programs in a fast-paced environment
• Working knowledge of HR data and reports to identify trends
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgment
