Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support a fast-paced HR environment focused on onboarding, administration, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support various HR functions including onboarding, compliance administration, and employee support
  • Manage onboarding processes and coordinate payroll-related administration
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist or HR Operations experience preferred
  • Strong experience with HRIS and payroll systems required
  • Experience managing I-9 compliance processes strongly required
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment
