Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist to support U.S. people operations with a focus on payroll, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee U.S. payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
  • Administer and optimize U.S. employee benefits programs and handle employee inquiries
  • Manage employee relations matters, including investigations, performance issues, and terminations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of HR experience with full ownership of end-to-end HR operations
  • Proven experience with multi-state U.S. payroll and payroll tax compliance
  • Hands-on experience with benefits administration and leave management
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and HR best practices
  • Experience handling employee relations and investigations
