Job Summary
A company is looking for an HR Generalist who will partner with site operation leaders to implement Human Resources strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance coaching, and risk analysis
- Ensure consistent administration of policies and procedures for effective employee management
- Analyze turnover and implement strategies to improve employee retention
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2 - 4 years of previous Human Resource management experience
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
- Experience in managing employee relations cases
- Ability to analyze operational and workforce-related metrics
