Job Summary

A company is looking for an HR Generalist who will partner with site operation leaders to implement Human Resources strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance coaching, and risk analysis
  • Ensure consistent administration of policies and procedures for effective employee management
  • Analyze turnover and implement strategies to improve employee retention
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2 - 4 years of previous Human Resource management experience
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards
  • Experience in managing employee relations cases
  • Ability to analyze operational and workforce-related metrics
